The more professional hairdryer irons can heat up faster and more efficiently, won't singe your hair, and give you a smoother finish for blow outs and stuff. The more expensive ones will dry your hair a lot faster as well. I have tried very cheap and more expensive and more expensive is worth it even if it seems ridiculous now. Your hair will thank you.
