What should I put on my hair before curling it in a hard hat hair dryer?

I just bought a hard hat hair dryer, to put on my curlers and sit until cheap prescription drugs without prescription they're done, but I want to know what I should apply to my hair so that it doesn't get damaged, because of the heat??-thanks!

Once or twice a month, wash your hair with infusium and and then use infusium leave in conditioner/treatment and leave your hair wet with it while you put in your curlers (dont use foam rollers). Then cover with a plastic shower cap and go under the dryer for an hour. Preferably stay in curlers and the showercap for a few hours or overnight. Then take off the showercap and dry your hair and curling in it a hard hat hair dryer . Infusium does a great job!

Like you the ones I found didn't claim to be silent. The reviews did say the Ionic ones are the quietest. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
