Mayor is afraid of the hair dryer, but sometimes thinks it is not so bad and feels nice and warm on his chest. He can't really decide what to do.

i do NOT think he’s scared of it… did you see how tough he was with the dryer sheet? he just didn’t like it blowing his jowls.
