i do'nt have a hood dryer so i use a blow dryer with Cialis pill whithout prescription a diffuser, when i deep condition i don't cover my hair with a plastic cap, is this ok.

try it.
You can heat a towel in the microwave and wrap it around your hair. This works just as well.
You don’t want to dry out the conditioner, you can acctually just cover your hair with a shower cap and blow dry over the cap so that you keep the moisture on your head instead of it evaporating. The warm towel may wipe of the condtioner so I wouldn’t recommend it.
Good Luck!

Buy some thin clear plastic caps (look like shower caps but thinner) at the dollar store or wrap Saran Wrap around your head when deep conditioning your hair. You won’t need a diffuser that way, you can just make sure the heat from a hair dryer hits all areas of your head, then shut the dryer off & leave the cap/wrap on your head for as long as you normally would. The cap/wrap traps the heat/moisture in, so your hair will be better conditioned.
It would work better if you put conditioner on your hair then wrap a towel around your hair, then use the hair dryer. The towel will get very warm and help the conditioner work better.
you do need a cover b/c the dryer will dry out the conditioner and not give the treatment you need. you can use saran wrap and wrap it around your head,
or a warm towel is good too.
I’m 19 and always stuttered .. It’s gotten alot better .. I think it’s all about confidence and what u think of urself… Wen u realize that it’s just a stupid habit and your mature enough .. U’ll grow out of it and have a very minimal stutter
